Shipping & Return Policies

Here at Cayman Sauce, we deliver locally to all three of the Cayman Islands. We also ship to anywhere around the world with registered mail and tracking.

Our website will calculate discounts on local and International shipping rates and will show a Cayman Island dollar total (KYD) To know the USD total click the currency converter tabs on the right side of the website page.

Cayman Islands Delivery

Grand Cayman ~ Within 24hrs or less
Orders over CI$20 is FREE delivery
Under $19.99 is CI$2.00 delivery

Cayman Brac & Little Cayman ~ We dispatch orders Monday-Friday. Your order will be delivered within 24-48 hrs or less from the date you make payment for the order. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 9.00 am-4.00 pm at your district Post office box or general delivery.
If your order weighs under 2lbs we offer delivery via local mail service minimum packaging and mail fee start at CI$3.00
We can also send orders by Cayman Airways cargo the same day or delivery the next day.
Packaging Materials

At Cayman Sauce! we do our utmost to ensure that you receive your orders in perfect condition – but we also want to do our bit to reduce waste. Wherever possible we recycle our cardboard boxes, dividers, and other packaging materials by re-using materials we receive with our deliveries.

To package your products safely we may use 100% biodegradable and compostable loose fill (those white things that look like rice crackers). The bubble wrap we use is made from recycled plastics.

Special requirements
If you require your order to arrive on a specific working day please advise us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Orders sent via our nominated couriers are not authorized to be left with a neighbor or safe at the premises if you or the recipient are out and unable to accept the package. If you authorize our courier to leave a package safe or with a neighbor they will do so. In this event, our nominated courier will leave a card advising you where they have left your package.

Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
Cancellation

Cancellation of an order can only be accepted if sent by e-mail. Cancellation must be received before the goods are despatched. If the goods have been despatched then they can not be returned due to not liking the taste, flavor, allergies, broken seals, dented, etc. All products are checked for flaws and expiration dates.

Returns and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your non-perishable or eatable items items please return them unused within 5 working days of delivery and we will refund the price. We will not pay for return postage unless the goods are faulty. We recommend that if items are returned a certificate of postage is obtained as goods remain your responsibility until received by Cayman Sauce!.
In the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or damaged, please inform us immediately so that we can replace or repair them in accordance with your statutory rights. In such cases, we can refund the costs of postage. Please also send us pictures right away if received damaged or broken by post courier. Please contact or email us for assistance. We are not able to accept returns of some items, please contact us for specific information regarding this.
